As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients have a seamless experience during their visits. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
