Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics flow during weekend shifts.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve shipping and receiving discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare weekly reports on shift performance and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
