We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory flows smoothly across the Carolinas and Georgia border regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily flow of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to resolve transit issues and optimize routes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
- Monitor KPIs related to order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing operations.
- Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS systems) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
