Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to load and unload shipments.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, count, and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow instructions.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
