Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of floor supervisors and warehouse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and training.
- Implement and maintain strict safety protocols (OSHA compliance) to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to forecast seasonal demand and manage stock levels effectively.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal management to resolve operational bottlenecks immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments (Atlanta or Virginia preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification and OSHA 30 training preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
