Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (RF Scanners) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
- Valid Class C Driver's License preferred but not always required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
