Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve logistical challenges and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Maintain detailed records of productivity and incident reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
