Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in packaging and labeling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders quickly and efficiently to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
