Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training!).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory checks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for local shifts if applicable).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
