Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and 15+ person team
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management and logistics workflows
- Train new hires on equipment and procedures
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handoffs
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
- Submit performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
