Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Adhere to company safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Support loading/unloading operations with efficient material flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekly rotation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
