Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members to ensure operational excellence and productivity targets
- Coordinate inventory management, loading/unloading, and quality control procedures
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members during onboarding
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for smooth transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/logistics supervision
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure night shift environments
- Familiarity with WMS systems and inventory management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
