Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time shifts (Day/Night shifts available).
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to read work orders.
