Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation according to safety standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on inventory quality and report discrepancies immediately.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
