Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
