Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and according to protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by shift supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) and reliable transportation.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Must be available to start immediately and work flexible shifts.
