Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock levels through cycle counting.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Supervise and mentor weekend staff to maintain high productivity.
- Process shipping documents and coordinate with transportation partners.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack).
