Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking needs.
- Enforce strict safety compliance and operational protocols at all times.
- Prepare and review daily reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and train staff on equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
