Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on discharge plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility-specific compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California (required)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility with day/night/weekend rotations
