Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with 99% data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine communication skills
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience required
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk)
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
