Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and problem resolution during weekend hours.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries efficiently.
- Process transactions and update customer records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.
- Document all interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
