Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Process payments, returns, and account adjustments accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and update internal records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
