Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve inquiries and issues within 24 hours using our proprietary CRM system
- Onboard new clients through personalized onboarding sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional client visits)
