Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ICU/ER settings with critical assessment skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge protocols
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years ICU/ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends/nights
- Epic EHR proficiency preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
