- Resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior management levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred (1+ years).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high pressure during night hours.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts.
