Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues for enterprise clients with a focus on uptime and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the week-day engineering team to escalate critical bugs and system outages.
- Conduct routine system health checks to ensure seamless service delivery over the weekend.
- Guide clients through complex setup processes and software updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and MacOS environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with high attention to detail.
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or relevant technical certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
