Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Train and mentor new team members on standard proceduresMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
