Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination
- Lead a team of 10+ staff members, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operational areas
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in logistics/warehouse management with team leadership experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
