Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and real-time performance metrics
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation (forklifts, RF scanners)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Conduct shift briefings and resolve operational escalations
- Maintain OSHA compliance and incident reporting protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven track record in P&L management and KPI achievement
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
