Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations (Sat-Sun, 6 AM-2 PM)
- Oversee team of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment
- Resolve operational escalations in real-time
- Conduct shift handovers and performance reviews
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Available to work weekends without exception
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Spanish bilingual a plus
