Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document clinical observations in EMR systems
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations per ACLS protocols
- Coordinate with overnight staff for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN or LPN license (required)
- 1+ years acute care experience (preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Weekend availability mandatory (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am)
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
