Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency/trauma setting
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education and support to families during critical situations
- Respond effectively to emergency codes and rapid response activations
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years ER or ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
