Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and wound treatment
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in EHR systems
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to develop care plans
- Assist with patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
Qualifications
- Active KY LPN license required
- 1+ years acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
