Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Assist with patient intake, vitals monitoring, and basic clinical procedures
- Manage electronic health records and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with on-site physicians and nursing staff for seamless patient flow
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality standards
- Respond efficiently to urgent patient situations and triage needs
- Support facility cleanliness and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical or healthcare support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
