Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidential patient records
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team huddles
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska nursing license or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun)
