Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and general support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Triage incoming tickets and resolve complex customer inquiries with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM (Salesforce/Zendesk) in real-time.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high-quality standards at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
