- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35 WPM+).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to learn new skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for hybrid/remote work.
