Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with cloud architecture experience
- Strong background in microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
