Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver features.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desired.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
