Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Lead a team of 5-7 sales representatives through coaching and performance management

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and product launches
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of CRM systems and sales automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years B2B sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of exceeding $2M+ annual sales targets
- Expertise in SaaS solutions or enterprise technology sales
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities
- Ability to travel 20% within the Midwest region
