Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 15+ nursing staff in ICU/ER units
- Implement evidence-based clinical protocols and safety standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development programs
- Collaborate with physicians on patient care plans
- Manage inventory and budget for medical supplies
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
Qualifications
- BSN or higher nursing degree (MSN preferred)
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience in acute care
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience
- Current AZ RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
