Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support Tickets: Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Reliability: Must have reliable internet connection if working remotely (hybrid option available).
