Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails from clients with professionalism and empathy.

- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work part-time hours (approx. 20-30 hours per week) as scheduled.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
