- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Provide product information and technical support to ensure client success.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call quality and response time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
