- Update and maintain customer records in the internal database (CRM) with 100% data integrity.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to coordinate timely order fulfillment.
- Provide detailed product information and pricing to prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in cross-training with team members during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
