Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with professionalism, adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and case logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of support and seamless handovers.
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to management.
- Conduct product training sessions for new hires and monitor quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume environment.
