Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while adhering to company service level agreements.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Identify and escalate potential technical issues to the support engineering team.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory.
