Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members ensuring operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory management and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Address urgent operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Complete daily performance reports and shift handovers
- Train new hires on company procedures and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse setting
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
