Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze patient samples during overnight shifts
- Monitor patient vitals and document medical records accurately
- Assist physicians with emergency procedures during night hours
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment for overnight operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications
- Current Medical Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of hospital or clinical experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
