Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients via phone and email during night hours.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts in real-time to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with Day Shift engineering teams to escalate complex issues and provide detailed feedback.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling high-pressure customer situations.
- Conduct nightly security audits and data backups to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex software and hardware issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
